It was strange how Ari came aboard Thursday's Child. Years ago she had been asked if she would like to participate and we were told that she would not. Several years later, a phone call came from the same PR firm saying that she would now like to be involved. A couple more years passed and we needed some photos, so we called up her agent and asked if she would call back and she did. Only she had, it seems, never even seen the original invitation and had no idea that she had been placed on the board. With a little bit of explanation about what we were all about, she whole heartily agreed to continue on. |
